Duty Gloves are distributed in New Zealand by Armour Safety Products (2012) Ltd (“we” or “our” or “us”)

This following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for our Duty Gloves websites (“Site”).

We are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. We are bound by the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

There are many aspects of the Site which can be viewed without providing personal information. We may provide your Personal Information to third parties where reasonably necessary for any of the purposes above. These may include IT service or software providers, cloud storage providers, distributors, suppliers, resellers, call centres, couriers, transportation providers, logistics providers, collection agencies, finance providers, consultants, business partners, professional advisers, governmental agencies, enforcement agencies, our directors and shareholders, our financiers, our investors, and key stakeholders in our business. 

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any person we disclose your personal information to is bound by appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Use of non-identifiable information

For each visitor to reach the Site, we collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.

Business acquisition

We may transfer your personal information to another entity in connection with a sale of our business or assets, or a merger or consolidation or restructuring of our business or company, or any other transaction in which a third party acquires ownership of any rights in our Site.
